This time it is possible to decide for yourself which
seat you would like to reserve. Using our online reservation system you can
compare the options, such as where the apparatus are located, the different
sections in the area, the competition days, the specific competions, and so
forth.
Ordering
Please click the “Order Now” button on this page once
you have decided which seats you would like to reserve. You will then be
connected to the online ticket reservation system of the KNGU (Koninklijke
Nederlandse Gymnastiek Unie; the Royal Dutch Gymnastics Federation, which
organises this event).
Making reservations

First thing you will see when enter the website of
the online ticket reservation system is a floorplan, or receive instructions
to install Adobe Flash to be able to see the floorplan and complete the
reservation;

Then click “Continue”, and select one of the
available tickets;

Enter the number of tickets you would like to
order, then click “next”;

Click “continue shopping” if you would like to
order more tickets, or click “check out” to complete your order.
Logging in

You first need to create an account and confirm
the activation e-mail before completing your order;

You will then need to enter your personal
information, which is necessary to whom your tickets belong when you will
pick them up, or, if we need to contact you if we have questions about your
order;

You will be able to finally continue the ordering
process. Make sure you carefully examine the floorplan, especially look for
where the competition floor is located (else you might actually reserve
seats in the far back). Make sure you select the right amount of seats and
that you do not leave any seats unreserved. You can also select to have the
online ticket reservation system pick your seats for you.

You are able to order more days at once, with a
different number of seats per day. You can also order a passe-partout (all
event pass) and then specify on which particular seats you would like to
reserve on which days.
Billing
After you have finished selecting your seats you will
confirm your order by paying by Visa or MasterCard. Please note that the
reservation fee is 3 euros per ticket. So for example, if you are planning to go
to all four finals, you may want to order a passe-partout (all event pass)
instead. This way you will pay a reservation fee for just the passe-partout
instead of for each separate ticket.
Personal information
You will be asked to enter some personal information
and to create a username and password. You will receive an e-mail message to be
able to confirm your account and complete your order. You also will also be able
to order additional tickets by logging in with your username and password, and
we will be able to track your order if you have questions about your order.
Ordering large amounts

if you would like to order more than 100 tickets at a time. It would take a lot
of time to order such a large amount using our online reservation system. We
would be more than happy to assist you with placing such an order.
